Medical Qi Gong

Weekly Qigong Classes:

Beginners

Sonoma Community Center Rm 213

  • 10 week class
  • $13 drop in or $120 for 10 week package

Intermediate

Sonoma Community Center Rm 213

  • beginners class is prerequisite
  • Ongoing, every Tuesday
  • 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
  • Call office to register before joining

The instructor: Dr. Marcus has been teaching, learning and practicing the art of therapeutic qigong since 2002. He received a teachers certificate in Qigong from the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, OR. He teaches primarily from the Jinjing neidan school of qigong.

   

 

Childbirth Education

The instructor: Dr. Rebecca Porrino, received her obstetrics training from lay midwives, naturopathic doctors and Nurse Midwives. In addition to many hours in the classroom, she completed a 3 year internship in an integrative natural childbirth practice in Portland OR.

3rd Anniversary Open House!   Saturday May 21st from 1 to 4pm,  Sonoma Naturopathic Medicine Clinic, Join us for interactive demos, tea tastings, raffles and much more to celebrate the 3rd anniversary of SNM in Sonoma.   Free, bring a friend.
